Vinification and aging

The production of Neisson Profil 107 Rum is a traditional, artisanal process that begins with the hand-harvesting of sugarcane, followed by cold pressing to extract the juice. This juice is then naturally fermented, allowing indigenous yeasts to develop complex aromas. Distillation takes place in a copper pot still, preserving the flavors and aromas. Finally, the rum is bottled without the addition of sugar or artificial flavorings, thus revealing the purity and authenticity of this exceptional spirit.
