Vinification and aging

The creation of Ardbeg 19 Year Old Whisky begins with the rigorous selection of malts, which are then subjected to meticulous fermentation. Distillation is carried out in two passes in copper pot stills, guaranteeing optimal extraction of aromas. Aging takes place in oak casks that previously held bourbon, allowing the whisky to develop its aromatic richness.
