Vinification and aging

The vinification of Barrua 2017 is carried out with the utmost care, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes and fully express the potential of the terroir. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract tannins and aromas. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for an undisclosed period, allowing the wine to gain complexity and elegance. Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered to ensure its stability.
