    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Clinet is carried out using a traditional approach, respecting artisanal methods. The grapes are harvested by hand and then carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, preserving the aromas and freshness of the fruit. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for a period of 12 to 18 months, in order to bring complexity and structure to the wine. Each step is carefully considered to enhance the expression of the terroir.
