Owner and history

Château de Pressac is located in the Saint-Émilion appellation, on a 36-hectare limestone plateau. The vineyard is planted primarily with Merlot (72%), Cabernet Franc (14%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (12%). The Quenin family has undertaken vineyard improvements, transforming the steep slopes into terraces.

Vinification and aging

- Manual harvesting and sorting of grapes on a table,
- Gravity-fed vatting,
- Vinification followed by maceration for approximately 18 to 24 days
- Malolactic fermentation in barrels
