Owner and history

The estate covers 37 hectares in a single block, of which 34 hectares are under vine. This cuvée is a blend from 21 different parcels. The soil consists of a limestone plateau and clay-limestone slopes.

Vinification and aging

- Batch winemaking
- Aged for 13 to 15 months: 30% new oak barrels, 20% one-year-old barrels, 20% two-year-old barrels, 20% amphorae, and 10% stainless steel tanks
