Count Lafond, ancestor of Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, was the first in his line to purchase vineyards in the Loire Valley in the 18th century. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Comte Lafond is crafted with meticulous care. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before vinification.
