Vinification and aging

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract tannins and aromas. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, some of which are new, for an undisclosed period. This process refines the tannins, adds complexity, and develops aromas of vanilla and spice. Finally, the wine is bottled and aged in the cellar for several months before release.
