Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Margaux It is a meticulous process, combining tradition and innovation. The grapes are carefully hand-sorted before being destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature management. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 18 months. This care taken at each stage, from harvest to bottling, results in wines of great finesse and remarkable aromatic complexity.
