Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Querciabella - Camartina 2015 is meticulous, combining traditional techniques with modern innovations. The carefully hand-selected grapes are destemmed before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in oak barrels, where the wine develops its aromas and structure over several months. This process allows the tannins to integrate and the wine to refine, while preserving the fruit's expression. Each step is guided by the desire to preserve the wine's integrity and reflect the Tuscan terroir.
