            An atypical family story

            Domaine Anne Gros, from generation to generation

            The story ofDomaine Anne Grosis somewhat unique. Indeed, it was initially Louis Gros, Anne's grandfather, who founded the estate in 1951. At the time, it was called Domaine Louis Gros. Later, his son François took over the estate with his siblings until they separated. François then managed 3 hectares on his own, and the vineyard changed its name to Domaine François Gros. Finally, Anne joined her father in 1984, and the estate became Domaine Anne et François Gros. In 1995, he ultimately left his daughter in sole control of the family property, which then became theDomaine Anne Grosas we know it today. Having taken over the family estate at a very young age (22), Anne trained in viticulture and oenology in Beaune and Dijon. She quickly acquired new land, thus increasing the vineyard's area to 6.5 hectares.
