The winery vinifies wines from the region's most prestigious AOC appellations:Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero.From the outset, the winemaker has been committed to producing wine solely from grapes sourced from carefully selected vineyards. He chooses the finest grapes available from a network of growers renowned for the quality of their production.             Authenticity and traditions

            The HouseBruno GiacosaThe region is renowned for the traditional style of its wines. Maceration and aging are lengthy and take place in large oak barrels. The wines remain in these large containers for 24 to 48 months. It is not uncommon for bottles to spend several years in the cellar before being released for sale. Red wines undergo maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, while white wines are aged in stainless steel. The wines are characterized by perfect balance, great complexity, and incredible precision. These wines are highly sought after and are among the most prized in the region.
