    This Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2018 reveals a brilliant ruby color. On the nose, a complex bouquet of fresh red fruits, violet, and sweet spices. He is surrounded by a team of passionate professionals who share the same ambition: to produce exceptional wines that authentically reflect the terroirs of Burgundy.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process is carried out with the utmost care to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. The grapes are hand-sorted and then destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, with gentle maceration to extract aromas and tannins. Aging occurs in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new, for a period of 14 to 18 months. This stage allows the tannins to soften and the wine's aromas to develop greater complexity.
