Vinification and aging

At Château du Seuil, winemaking is carried out with precision to reveal the full typicity of the terroir. The grapes are carefully sorted and vinified by varietal to preserve their identity.
The 2019 Grand Seuil Rouge is aged partly in French oak barrels for approximately 12 months, in order to bring complexity and roundness to the wine without masking its fruity and spicy character. This precise aging process gives the cuvée a beautiful, perfectly integrated tannic structure and excellent aging potential, while respecting the wine's natural elegance.
