The 2015 Château Margaux is a legendary vintage, considered by many to be one of the greatest ever produced by the estate. It holds a unique emotional significance: it is the last vintage overseen by the iconic director Paul Pontallier (who passed away in 2016), to whom the bottle—elegantly screen-printed in black and gold for the occasion—pays tribute.

    Tasting notes

The ideal serving temperature for a Château Margaux 2015: 15°C. It is also highly recommended to decant it a few hours before tasting. Although it is quite sufficient on its own, the aromatic richness of Château Margaux can be enhanced with the following food and wine pairing: Starter: Snail fricassee with porcini mushrooms/garlic cream Dish: Duck breast Rossini Cheese: Gaperon Dessert: Raspberry tart
