    Château Smith Haut Lafitte covers 78 hectares. The Cathiard family is committed to preserving the terroir in order to produce wines of exceptional quality without compromising its integrity. They implement Bio-Precision practices in the vineyard and the winery to maintain biodiversity and the high quality of the Pessac-Léognan terroir. The vines are on average 38 years old.

    Vinification and aging
