Owner and history

The Gamay vines are situated on granite and clay-limestone soils, typical of Beaujolais. The plots benefit from ideal exposure, allowing for optimal grape ripening. The vines, averaging 45 years old, are cultivated organically in the lieu-dit Les Quatre Croix.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes
- Vinification with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks
- Aged in French oak barrels for approximately 7 months
