    Syrah and Grenache are organically grown on an exceptional terroir, bathed in sunshine and cultivated organically. The garrigue forms an exceptional natural setting for the vines.

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting and destemming
    - Long aging in vats and large oak casks for 2 years, then 8 years in the bottle
