Vinification and aging

The vinification of the 2018 Barbaresco is carried out with the utmost respect for tradition, while incorporating modern techniques to optimize the extraction and preservation of aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract tannins and aromatic compounds.
