Vinification and aging

The vinification of the Etna Rosso Feudo 2018 is carried out with the utmost care, respecting tradition and the know-how of the domaine. The grapes are hand-harvested, meticulously sorted, and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurs naturally, thanks to the indigenous yeasts present on the grapes.
