Owner and history

Roc d'Anglade is unique in that it comes from a cool terroir cultivated using organic farming methods. It's an IGP wine, but don't let the label fool you – this terroir is truly exceptional!

Vinification and aging

Whole-cluster fermentation and fermentation with indigenous yeasts
The wine is aged for 18 months in large oak casks (with 12 months on the fine lees)
The wine is barely filtered before bottling to preserve all the character of the terroir.
