Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand, with rigorous sorting. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, allowing it to refine and develop its complexity. The aim is to preserve the expression of the terroir and produce a wine of great elegance and exceptional aging potential.
