This cuvée is made from a selection of Chenin Blanc grapes from specific plots. The vines are planted on tuffeau and soft limestone.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested grapes with sorting
- Fermentation in demi-muids with indigenous yeasts
- Aged for 10 months on fine lees in demi-muids
