Serve with quail stuffed with morels, a leg of lamb with spices, or roast beef with nutmeg-spiced mashed potatoes. Best enjoyed at around 15°C.

Owner and history

The Syrah vines are on average 20 years old and are located on a selection of beautiful plots in Côte-Rôtie. The vineyard is currently undergoing organic conversion.

Vinification and aging

The winemaker uses 90% whole bunches. Fermentation takes place in open wooden and stainless steel vats.
The wine is aged for 18 months in barrels (20% new and 80% barrels that are 2 to 4 years old)
