Tasting notes
This 2018 Pommard displays a deep and intense ruby color. On the nose, it exudes aromas of ripe red fruits and black cherry, enhanced by spicy and slightly oaky notes. On the palate, the attack is ample and structured, with present yet silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a complex and elegant aromatic impression.

The Pommard terroir is renowned for its clay-limestone soil, ideal for Pinot Noir. climat Burgundy's temperate climate, with its hot summers and cold winters, contributes to the complexity and richness of its wines. Domaine Pierre Boisson takes special care of his vines, which are cultivated with respect for the environment, in order to obtain grapes of optimal quality. The vineyard's exposure and drainage are also key elements in guaranteeing the unique expression of this Pommard.
