The vines of Maison Verget, planted on the limestone soils typical of Corton-Charlemagne, benefit from optimal sunshine and an ideal altitude, producing wines with a pronounced minerality. The old Chardonnay vines bring concentration and depth to the aromas of this cuvée.

Vinification and aging

Maison Verget employs rigorous winemaking techniques to preserve the unique character of each plot. The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is naturally clarified before fermentation in oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its aromas while retaining its freshness.
