Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Penfolds Grange 2020 is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The carefully selected grapes are fermented in open vats, allowing for optimal extraction of aromas and tannins. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 12 months. This wood aging contributes to the integration of flavors and the wine's complexity, while also imparting notes of vanilla and spice.
