Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for the Torbreck Hillside Vineyard Grenache 2018 is carried out with the utmost care to preserve the integrity of the aromas and the quality of the grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
