Tasting notes

We enjoy this wine with a fine roasted meat, for example, roasted quail with mushrooms. Serve at around 16°C. When young, open the wine at least half an hour before serving.

Owner and history

The Pinot Noir vines grow in clay-limestone soils. The plot covers 1.35 hectares in the village of Aloxe-Corton. The vines have been certified organic since 2018!

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted upon arrival at the winery. They are destemmed and then fermented in wooden vats. The wine is aged in oak barrels on its fine lees (25% new oak) and then bottled after 18 months of aging.
