    Owner and history

    The estate's plot covers 64.49 ares on clay-limestone soil. The vineyard has vines over 60 years old. Only a small number of bottles are produced annually, approximately 3,900 bottles.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested
    - Whole cluster fermentation: up to 20% in good years
    - Aged for 12 months in barrels then 4 months in stainless steel tanks (10% to 20% new barrels)
    - Fermentation: 18 days in open, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, minimal punch-downs
