The history of the Estate
Peter Fischer, the revival of Revelette
The storyChâteau ReveletteIts history dates back to the Second World War, when vines gradually replaced lavender and olive trees. The Avon family, owners in 1932, sold part of the production in bulk. In the 1970s, part of the estate was sold off. In 1985, Peter Fischer's father bought the estate. Peter, a German winemaker, initially worked at the oenological laboratory in Brignoles, where he grasped the full potential of the Provençal vineyards. He arrived atChâteau Reveletteand cultivates his 12 hectares of vines with great passion and talent.

The vines are certifiedorganicsince 1998.Peter FischerHe fell in love with this Provençal terroir, redolent of garrigue and undergrowth. The winemaker vinifies each plot individually, according to the grape varieties and terroirs, to highlight the potential of each one. He doesn't want to confine his wines to the categories of "organic wines" or "natural wines," but strives to make terroir-driven wines that are pure, authentic, and precise. Mission accomplished!
