Tommasi De Buris Riserva Amarone is a great wine from the Valpolicella region in northern Italy. Made from hand-picked Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, it undergoes a unique drying process called appassimento . After drying, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented. The wine is aged for over five years, partly in oak barrels, which enhances its complexity.
