Vinification and aging

Gosset champagnes are made according to time-honored traditions. The hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed to extract the very best. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity aromas. Aging on the lees adds complexity and finesse. The dosage is carefully controlled, allowing the purity of the Chardonnay to shine through.
