From manorial estates to optimizing wine quality

The property was then passed down through generations. In 1964, the Ferté family acquired the house at auction after purchasing the vineyard.Golden Cloveceded by the de Lavoreille family, the Maison de la Pousse d'Or was finally reunited with the vineyard that gave it its name. Subsequently, the Ferté family sold the property in 1994 to Patrick Landanger. This new owner undertook extensive renovations upon his arrival, restoring the estate's prestige and improving winemaking techniques to enhance the quality of the wines produced.
