Toro

This Toro appellation in northeastern Spain produces elegant and flavorful red wines with a southern hue, as well as a small quantity of white wines. The two main grape varieties used remain Tempranillo and Grenache Rouge, better known in France. These vines, planted at high altitude, benefit from intense summer heat, and the dry, sandy soils promote early ripening. These wines, with their aging potential, will greatly improve with age in your wine cellar.
