Valpolicella Superiore DOC is an appellation in Veneto, very close to Verona. This mountainous region is vinified between 180 and 280 meters above sea level with indigenous grape varieties (Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Oseleta). The grapes undergo a drying process that concentrates the aromas in the wine.
