    Owner and history

    San Lorenzo is made from the finest grapes from four exceptional terroirs of Chianti Classico, the historical heart of the Chianti appellation. This cuvée is produced in very limited quantities using a majority of Sangiovese grapes. The altitude, sandy soils, and ideal sunshine combine to create an absolutely exceptional wine.

    Vinification and aging

    The grape harvest is done by hand from the end of September to the beginning of October.
    The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks
    The wine is aged in barrels (12 months) and then in bottles before being released to the market.
