Owner and history

Quarts de Chaume is the most renowned cru of Anjou. The exceptional schist terroir and the southern exposure allow for the harvesting of very ripe grapes in October.

Vinification and aging

- The grapes are harvested by hand and then placed in vats as whole bunches.
- Fermentation by carbonic maceration, at low temperature (sweet white wine)
- The wine is then aged for 9 to 18 months in vats on fine lees.
