Owner and history

The vineyard is located within the Pouilly-Fumé appellation and covers approximately 20 hectares. The vines for the Luminance cuvée are planted on Kimmeridgian marl soil (white clay). The plots are terraced and enjoy a south-southwest exposure. The Sauvignon Blanc vines are between 30 and 60 years old. The entire vineyard has been cultivated organically since 2006 and biodynamically since 2016.

Vinification and aging

The wine is aged in concrete tanks on its lees for 18 months.
