    The vineyards belonged to the Abbey of Bèze, which gave the plot its name. The estate now owns 25 ares of the 2 hectares of this former walled vineyard. The vines are around twenty years old. The Pinot Noir is cultivated biodynamically. The vines are on average 25 years old.
