    Owner and history

    The terroir of Monts Damnés lies on a very steep hillside in Chavignol with a south-southeast exposure. The soil is made of Kimmeridgian marl (an alloy of seashells and clays).

    Harvesting and sorting by hand

    Fermentation in 600-liter barrels for approximately 12 months
