    The Les Colonnades cuvée comes from a 2-hectare vineyard of century-old Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan vines. The terroir is clay-limestone, rich in rolled pebbles.

    Vinification and aging

    - Long aging in barrels (36 months)
