    Enjoy with a fillet of sole in a beurre blanc sauce, seafood and poultry vol-au-vents, or a veal stew. Serve at around 12°C. The terroir is expressed in this wine, which is both rich and juicy.

    The vines are located on blue schist and are cultivated biodynamically, with the utmost respect for the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    The Clairette is aged in concrete eggs. The Roussanne and Grenache are vinified and aged in large oak casks.
    Indigenous yeasts are used for winemaking.
