Vinification and aging

The winemaking process of Barbera d'Alba Massolino The wine is made with the utmost care. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously selected. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts approximately 10 to 15 days to extract the aromas and tannins from the grapes.
