    Owner and history

    The Roc d'Anglade estate comprises a diverse mosaic of terroirs with a cool microclimate. The vines face north, which helps maintain a refreshing coolness. The vineyards are cultivated using organic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 18 months (12 on fine lees in large oak casks and demi-muids)
    - Light filtration before bottling
