    Braised duck, beef sauté with chorizo, or lamb tagine with prunes will pair beautifully with this wine. Serve at around 16°C after at least an hour of decanting.

    Owner and history

    The Anglade hillsides are located near Nîmes in a cool terroir. The 9-hectare vineyard is cultivated according to organic farming principles. The wine is an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication), which allows the winemaker to produce an authentic wine without being restricted by the specifications of a single appellation.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Whole-cluster vinification followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 18 months with 12 months on fine lees in foudres and demi-muids.
