Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for the Torbreck Hillside Vineyard Grenache 2021 is carried out with the utmost care. The grapes are hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and then destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas and freshness of the fruit. Aging then continues in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to refine and gain complexity. The aim is to create a balanced wine where fruit, spice, and oak notes blend harmoniously.
