Vinification and aging

The winemaking process of Barbera d'Alba Massolino The wine is made with the utmost care. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously selected. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts approximately 10 to 15 days to extract the aromas and tannins from the grapes. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels for several months, allowing it to refine and develop its complexity. Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered.
