Owner and history

The Ruinart vineyards flourish on the chalky soils typical of the Champagne region, ensuring excellent water regulation and deep root systems for the vines. The cultivation of Chardonnay, the king of grapes in this cuvée, fully benefits from this unique terroir, producing high-quality grapes with beautiful aromatic concentration.

Vinification and aging

After careful hand-harvesting, the Chardonnay grapes are gently pressed to obtain pure, fresh juice. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the fruit's purity. Aging on fine lees adds complexity and roundness, while extended maturation in the cellar allows the wine to develop delicate and elegant aromas.
