Their dedication to quality is reflected in every bottle, offering wine lovers an unforgettable experience that showcases Bordeaux's expertise.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Château de Pez is a meticulous process, blending tradition and modernity. The grapes, carefully hand-harvested, are destemmed before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method allows for precise temperature control and the extraction of the berries' delicate aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 16 months.
